Firstly, sorry for the extended leave of absence... Unfortunately I haven't really had access to a kitchen for quite a while, and if I said that my finances were in a place where I could afford to cook interesting food I'd be lying.
Anyways, I've finally started work and things are starting to look up :) Apparently I'm not going to be an energy engineer after all, I'll be working as a production engineer with all the day to day joys that go along with making sure a chemical plant keeps working!
